Wholesale Terms and Conditions

$150 minimum opening and reorder.

All major credit cards accepted for new customer orders. Customers may apply for Net 30 terms by providing three food-related credit references. Invoices are emailed at time of shipment. Finance charges of 1.5% per month apply to invoices unpaid after 60 days.

All orders ship FOB Fairfax, VT. Orders are fulfilled within 2–3 business days. Please allow 5–7 business days for ground delivery. Contact us to discuss any special shipping requirements before placing your order.

Runamok Maple must be notified within 5 days of delivery of any errors, shortages, or mispicks. Retain original packaging — we will issue a call tag for pickup and apply appropriate credit.

All damages must be documented with photos of damaged pallets, packaging, and/or shipping materials. Accept and hold damaged shipments while a return receipt is issued — refused deliveries may be ineligible for refund or replacement.

Freight shipments: Missing or damaged product must be noted on the bill of lading and reported within 5 business days of delivery.

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Undeliverable orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus all applicable return shipping costs.

Samples are available for purchase for in-store passive sampling. We offer 250ml and 375ml sample bottles at 50% off wholesale price in any variety.

Runamok Maple prohibits the sale of products on third-party resale platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.

Retailers must adhere to Runamok Maple's MAP policy. This is the lowest price that may be displayed in-store or online for e-commerce.
